What size should I choose?
The sizes you see on our website are European sizes. As we indicate in it, we recommend that you choose one size more than you usually use in any type of footwear.
Please note that the measurements available in the size guide for some of the brands correspond to the entire sole of the sole.
If you are already familiar with our product, you can take as a reference the size you usually wear.
We would like to let you know that we can advise and advise you on your doubts about sizes, but return costs are not covered in case of dissatisfaction with the product (subjective assessments such as comfort, fit, etc.) or choosing the wrong size when ordering.

Mainland Spain: 2,99€. Canary Islands and Europe: 6,99€. Free from 30€.
How long will it take for delivery to arrive?
Spain: for any point of the Peninsula and Balearic Islands, from 2 to 4 working days after receiving confirmation of collection by the transport company, except in cases of force majeure. For any of the Canary Islands and Europe, 10 working days except in cases of force majeure. Melissa will not be responsible for import taxes or local costs incurred in destinations with specific customs regimes.

Why do I have to make my return certified?
As we indicate in the process, we recommend that the return is made by certified system or similar for your safety. If the shipment presents any incident, you will have to claim it to Correos or the company you choose. We are not responsible for return shipments made by customers.

You must return the product to the address provided in the return process. For new sizes or products you will need to place a new order.
